My Activity Tracking
My target 150 kms
I'm doing this for everyone who struggles everyday with mental health or addiction issues.
I am someone who has dealt with these struggles firsthand and know the importance of organizations like the Dream Centre
If it weren't for the Dream Centre I don't know where I would be, I was heading down a very dark path with no end in sight. That was until I came to the CDC, first as a client and now as an employee
The Calgary Dream Centre changed MY life and continues to change the lives of hundreds of men and women like me.
We are a part of this HOPE MOVEMENT because we want to pass on HOPE to our neighbours, our family, our friends who may need it.
By running, walking, cycling (or all-around moving) 1km a day, I can raise money and awareness and be a part of something bigger.
Life change happens here.
