I'm doing this for someone I know...
We all know someone who has had struggles in their life. If it's not us, it's our neighbour, our friend, or our family.
Mental Health and addiction go hand in hand and comes in many forms and many faces.
We are a part of this HOPE MOVEMENT because we want to pass on HOPE to our neighbours, our family, our friends who may need it.
By running, walking, cycling (or all-around moving) 1km a day, I can raise money and awareness and be a part of something bigger.
Life change happens here.
Finished!Sunday 1st Aug Dropped of the map with writing blogs the final week but...
July 25Sunday 25th Jul Been a few days since writing but I have still been getting walks in everyday! Less than 30km left to go! Hope I can maker haha Share
Day 14Tuesday 20th Jul Missed yesterday but worked a short shift today and got my biggest walk in to date this month :) Share
Day 11 and 12Sunday 18th Jul Decent couple days. Starting to get hard to get up and walk everyday since I've been working so much... but still have to push cause I got so many amazing supporters and sponsors :) Share
Day 10Friday 16th Jul Had a productive day! Woke up extra early and did like 4 or so km before work, then at work I was doing a crazy amount of walking/running around! Share
Day 8 & 9Wednesday 14th Jul Couple small walks yesterday, not much today, But did a ton of yard work for my parents and had a beach day with my doggo, figured that deserved a couple km!
Day 6Sunday 11th Jul Day off work finally! Was a wet start but it turned into a really decent day and I got almost 10km!
Day 3Friday 9th Jul Still haven’t had much time to do any big walks but happy to say I’ve been consistent with walking a bit before work since starting!
