I'm doing this for someone I know...
We all know someone who has had struggles in their life. If it's not us, it's our neighbour, our friend, or our family.
Mental Health and addiction go hand in hand and comes in many forms and many faces.
We are a part of this HOPE MOVEMENT because we want to pass on HOPE to our neighbours, our family, our friends who may need it.
By running, walking, cycling (or all-around moving) 1km a day, I can raise money and awareness and be a part of something bigger.
Life change happens here.
My Updates

Running Injury 😳😬
Sunday 18th Jul Last Friday I pushed myself way too hard and have some sort of running injury which makes it painful to even walk!!! It could be the sciatic nerve near my left pelvic joint. Doh!I am going to try to figure out how to finish this 100 km goal. It may need to end up finishing up as a cycling 100 km!

Ran 4 km
Thursday 8th Jul Woooo that felt painful today! And after all the rain 🌧 I had to run through shoe high puddles!
Update so far
Wednesday 7th JulFirst day I ran 3.4 km.
Last night I ran 5 km which was the first time I’ve ran 5 km since 2019. It hurt! But felt good! To keep up with my goal of 100 km in July I need to run 5 km every week day😅. Let’s GO!
